Apex Wireline 

James Musgrove Sr. owned an electrical wireline company (oilfield services company) and had a logo that was almost identical but was red. He was a specialist in freepoint, backoff (pipe recovery). 

2005

Conception

Apex Environmental Consultants incorporated in March of 2005. The company was strictly an environmental compliance company performing an array of services for small to medium size businesses in the southeast portion of the United States. The services Apex performs has grown since 2005 and a current list can be seen on the services page of our website.

2009

Re-Organization

Apex is re-organized and James Musgrove becomes president of the company.


Brief Bio:

James Musgrove is a registered professional geologist (RPG) with over 25 years of experience in environmental field. Prior to working in the environmental sector James worked in the oil boom of the 1980's and then attended college at the University of Southern Mississippi to obtain a bachelors in Geology - during which time the oil boom had deteriorated; thus, James ultimately accepted a job with Masonite Corporation (Laurel, MS) in the early 90's and began his career in the EHS department. While traveling with the company to California and back to Laurel, MS James settled in the Hattiesburg area some years later and began Apex Environmental Consultants.

2010

Jason Musgrove joins the Apex team as environmental engineer.

2013

Jay Harris Musgrove is added to the Apex team as EHS Specialist.

2015

Apex brings files to the cloud for client usability and to conserve paper waste. Implementation of computer cloud software becomes integral to the foundation of Apex's goal to maintain file access 'round the clock. 

2019

Apex implements client websites to host files for clients.

Apex EHS mobile app is published a few months later to the IOS/Android stores.

2020

Apex updates the client side accounts and updates forms and notifications.

Apex Newsletter and Blog becomes accessible to the public.

2021

Apex begins accepting online payments via Stripe (Debit/Credit & ACH)

Future Plans

Apex is working on having a repository for handouts on EHS topics - free to download.

Apex is working on "build it yourself" plans and tools section.

Apex is re-designing our online app for IOS/Google for an easier work tool.
